STAND4 Inc. is a nonprofit that runs free community food distributions in San Jose and Mountain View, California. Volunteers can choose to get text messages from STAND4 about their shifts, volunteer needs, and community events.
There are two separate ways to join, each with its own unchecked, optional checkbox. We only text people who checked a box.
1. Volunteers: shift texts
- Open a volunteer sign-up form: stand4-cambrian-park.pages.dev or stand4-mountain-view.pages.dev
- Pick a shift and enter your mobile number.
- Before tapping "Sign up to volunteer", you may check this box:

2. Anyone: food distribution, event and fundraising updates
- Open stand4-cambrian-park.pages.dev/updates.html (also linked by QR code on our flyers and at our distributions).
- Enter your first name and mobile number, check the box below, and tap "Sign me up for text updates".

What we send
Volunteers: shift confirmations, reminders, day-of check-in links, and volunteer needs. Updates list: dates of upcoming free food distributions, community events, and fundraising campaigns. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@stand4global.org. Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
